Refund policy

All items purchased from Parlay Edit are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@parlaycollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or delays caused by the carrier.
